I have watched your videos with great interest for some time. I can’t thank you enough for providing a voice for common sense. I have a suggestion for a topic; Executive Orders. Not the Tom Clancy book, but a discussion of how the next president should handle that privilege, yes privilege he has been given. Here’s a thought I would be interested to hear your opinion on. Suppose that the next POTUS took the step of first, canceling every executive order that Obama has issued. Then had a bill ready to send to the Congress on the first day which stated; “The President shall have the power to issue an executive order which shall be effective for no longer than 30 days for the purpose of addressing a national emergency. The Congress shall then be directed to vote on a bill addressing these mandates, without the possibility of amendment, or revision. Should the vote be in the affirmative, with 60 members voting affirmative, the executive order will become law. Should the vote not affirm the law, or the vote not take place within the prescribed time period, the executive order will be immediately nullified. Finally, no Executive Order shall be issued which can affect the outcome of any election within 90 days of said election.”

I hope this would remove, or deminish, the possibility of an Imperial Presidency. I realize Bush was guilty of this, and Obama has not only doubled down, but has applied Euclidean math to justify the gross abuse of power. I do not know the negative implications of such a law, or how the diminished authority of the Presidency would be affected, but it seems like a Republic could be better protected from dictatorial tyrants of the type we have in the white house now.
Finally, and I apologize for the long-winded comment, but it seems like the same rule would be appropriate for the various agencies that Obama has used to circumvent Congress. A rule requiring the same criteria to be applied to agencies such as the EPA, HHS, or other agencies might seem prudent. In this way the legislation from the shadows could be avoided.

These were just some thoughts I wanted to share with you. I enjoy all of your videos on PJTV and YouTube. I hope that someday you’ll be speaking in the Atlanta area. Again many thanks for all you’ve done.
