If we were in the ‘Mirror, Mirror’ universe my advise would be to Assassinate Rusty Humphries, wipe his blood from your goattee then assume Glorious Command of your own Talk Show, Q’PLAH !!!!

Our jobs are the presentation individuals capabilities.
I had been told to stop the business all together because of the rejection. People would tell me, ‘Don’t you wish to possess a normal job and a normal family?’ I assume that would be good advice for a lot of, however i wanted to act.

I really enjoy your work on PJ.

I have read and commented in my own newsletter on an anti Mitt news article. Is it worth pointing out that not going to war was not particularly cowardly in the 60s and 70s? There was noble merit to studying and working in the USA.

Romney’s draft issues: I am a year younger than Mitt. This FreePress article exaggerates the degree of effort it took to not go to war. I was a student and had a 2a deferment in 1969, as did all undergraduates with good grades. One year I had a good Selective Service ‘lottery number’ so I declared myself 1a, ‘ready to go’, knowing that my number would not come up (in 1970). After a year of 1a, no one was ever called to war, even if you got a worse number, as they used up all the newbies first. This was well-known to everyone I knew. Of course this story has a Calif dateline, so it is probably more smear than news. David

San Diego— On a stage crowded with war heroes, Mitt Romney recently praised the sacrifice “of the great men and women of every generation who serve in our armed services.”
It is a sacrifice the Republican presidential candidate did not make.
Though an early supporter of the Vietnam War, Romney avoided military service at the height of the fighting after high school by seeking and receiving four draft deferments, according to Selective Service records. They included college deferments and a 31-month stretch as a “minister of religion” in France, a classification for Mormon missionaries that the church at the time feared was being overused. The country was cutting troop levels by the time he became eligible for the draft, and his lottery number was not called.
President Barack Obama, Romney’s opponent in this year’s campaign, did not serve in the military either. The Democrat, 50, was a child during the Vietnam conflict and did not enlist when he was older.
But because Romney, now 65, was of draft age during Vietnam, his military background is facing new scrutiny as he courts veterans and makes his case to the nation to be commander in chief.
A look at Romney’s relationship with Vietnam offers a window into a 1960s world that allowed him to avoid combat as fighting peaked. His story also demonstrates his commitment to the Mormon Church, which he rarely discusses publicly.
Romney’s recollection of his Vietnam-era decisions has evolved in the decades since.
He said in 2007 — his first White House bid under way — that he had “longed in many respects to actually be in Vietnam.”
But Selective Service records and previous statements show little interest in joining the conflict.
As a presidential candidate in 2007, Romney told the Boston Globe he was frustrated, as a Mormon missionary, not to be fighting alongside his countrymen.

Bill,

I am the founder of the Clear Lake Tea Party in the Houston, Texas area and we are trying to motiviate our 2,000 plus membership to get out the vote in November. Time and funds are short and we have lots of work to do to take back our Country.

Clear Lake Tea Party would love to have you come and speak to our membership sometime before the election. Our membership is in the Johnson Space Center area and with your knowledge of the Space Industry, I think you could stir them to action.

Please let me know your availability and fees, if any.

The Honorable Paul Ryan
United States House of Representatives
1233 Longworth House Office Building
Washington, D.C. 20515-4901

Dear Congressman Ryan:
Attached is a proposal that I think will drastically reduce political candidates being beholding to those making campaign contributions. The two major factors addressed by the proposal are undue influence by groups – only individuals may contribute – and the quid-pro-quo factor by enforcing the anonymity of the contributors.
Since a candidate probably desires to know something of the views to his contributors, an anonymous questionnaire might be requested of a contributor and the CCCH provide this data along with that mentioned in the Proposal.

Please review this proposal and if you think it has any merit, pass it on to your associates.

Allen Bukosky

Electronics Engineer – Retired

Ps: Should you and Mr. Romney be elected president/vice-president, I believe the most important thing you can do is make the US a great ally of Israel.
——————————————————————

PROPOSAL
By Allen A Bukosky August 8, 2011
To establish a Campaign Contributions Clearing House which would act as a go-between to isolate the sources of campaign contributions from the candidates to which the contributions are being made.

GOAL: To reduce or eliminate candidates being beholding to their campaign contributors and prevent contributors from expecting quid pro quo from those to whom they contribute by keeping the sources of all campaign funds anonymous.
In addition, only individual US citizens would be allowed to make campaign contributions, eliminating corporations, unions, or any other group from make contributions but not preventing them from encouraging their individual members to make contributions to specific candidates.
OPERATION: The following outlines how the CCCH would operate:
1. Prospective contributors would register with the CCCH, providing their name, social security number, place of residence and other contact information including a statement that they are a US citizen. Only US citizens would be allowed to make campaign contributions. If the contribution is large (level to be determined), the contributor would be required to provide proof of US citizenship . They would designate the amount of their contribution(s) and the candidate(s) to whom the contributions are to be made.
2. The CCCH would in turn direct the specified amount(s) to the candidates as registered with the CCCH. Should a candidate not be registered with the CCCH or informed that their campaign is no longer accepting contributions; the contributor will be immediately notified of such.
3. Contributors must arrange the transfer of funds at the time of “designation” via means to be established such as check, credit card, bank transfer, etc.
4. Data on contributions as designated above would be kept in a secure database. Provision of any and all data except as discussed in the below section “DISCLOSABLE INFORMATION” would be strictly prohibited except in the case of a Federal Court order with penalties as outlined below.
5. All candidates must register with the CCCH in order to accept contributions to their campaigns. Registration would include agreement on methods of funds transfer to their campaigns. This information would also be kept in a secure database where the amounts contributed but not the sources of the contributions would be kept.
6. All candidates for any US office would be prohibited from accepting any contributions other than through the CCCH. Only personal funds of the candidates would be allowed in addition to contributions through the CCCH. These personal funds would be identified and submitted to the CCCH with documentation showing the source(s) of the funds to verify that they did not come from contributions directly to the candidate. Further funds may be added at any time with similar documentation.
7. “Large Contributions” should be defined and any contributor making a contribution exceeding this amount must be checked for citizenship, residency and any other factor established by the CCCH as potentially disqualifying a contribution.
PENALTIES AND PROHIBITIONS:
1. Should a contributor or an agent thereof make it known directly or indirectly to a candidate that they have contributed to the candidates campaign fund, the CCCH will immediately demand the return of the contribution from the candidates campaign fund and fine the contributor and any agent thereof an amount equal to the original contribution each. Such action will be taken as soon as possible once the disclosure becomes known to the CCCH.
2. Any and all contributions directly to the candidate (as opposed to the candidates campaign fund) once the candidate has registered with the CCCH up until the time the candidate notifies the CCCH that his campaign is no longer accepting contributions, will be considered as a contribution in violation of the CCCH disclosure rules and the same penalties/fines will apply. Inheritances received during the above time frame will be treated as private individual funds of the candidate and may be directed to his campaign fund.
3. In the case of a violation of the disclosure rules, the contributor and any agents involved will be prevented from making any campaign contributions for the following 12 years. This includes contributions via a second party acting as agent for the contributor. Should such take place, the contributor and his agent will both be find an amount equal to the contribution and prevented from making contributions for the following 12 years. Should such a contribution be transferred to a candidate before the violation is discovered by the CCCH, the contribution must be returned to the CCCH.
4. All fines and recovered contributions will be used to offset the operating expenses of the CCCH.
5. Should an employee of the CCCH be involved in any violation of the disclosure rules, his or her employment will be immediate terminated and he or she will be fined an amount equal to the contribution in question.
DISCLOSABLE INFORMATION:
1. A web site dedicated to the CCCH should be established and the following information posted:
a. Statistics on contributions including:
i. Total number of contributors
ii. Average contribution (per candidate)
iii. Histogram of size of contributions (per candidate)
iv. Total contributions by state
b. Statistics on each candidates contributions received including:
i. Total number of contributions
ii. Average size of contribution
iii. Histogram of size of contributions
c. Additional statistical data may be published provided it cannot be used in any meaningful way to determine the relationship between candidate and contributor.
?

SUMMARY
The Campaign Contribution Clearing House is intended to reduce or eliminate the influence a contributor has on a candidates performance of his duties while in office be blocking the candidate from knowing where contributions to his campaign came from. Included in the CCCH concept is that only individual US citizens have the right to make campaign contributions as only individual US citizens have the right to vote. This will reduce the ability of foreign entities and individuals or small groups of individuals having control of extensive resources (companies, unions, etc.) from have undue influence in US elections.
Although this concept could include a clearing house for both federal and state campaign funds, it is preferred that separate federal and state campaign contribution clearing houses be established. All such clearing houses should operate under essentially the same rules and procedures with some exceptions such as:
Residency requirements
Definition of “Large contribution” which triggers a citizenship/residency review
Methods of accepting contribution funds and/or methods of transferring funds to candidates.

Greetings from Germany,

when observing recent events throughout the world one such as I, a 20 year old going to one of the top 3 Universities in his field, is left questioning his capabilities, choices (and the impact of those…) on current social and economic movements.

I come here to seek contact with you (or one of your spokesmen) about what an interested, motivated and intelligent youth can do to change the current leftist ideals that have been forcibly ingrained into most of the minds that one comes into contact.

I very eagerly await any sort of reply;

I watched the post-election video last night and have been thinking about the parallel structure idea ever since. If there is a discussion group forming, I would appreciate being a part of it, as I have many things to bring to the table. Please advise. Thanks for all your hard work and willingness to look beyond the frustration of the moment!

Sue M. November 14, 2012 at 5:48 am

Dear Mr. Whittle,

Where have I been all of your life?

I’ve seen your some of your Afterburners and Firewalls, and was intellectually and emotionally impressed, but never knew (or looked) for this site. And then wandering around for solace on the interwebs the night after the election, I found you on UStream and was then led to this site, and then to Eject, Eject, Eject. I have missed so much in the past 12 years and I am sorry, but now I am doing all I can to catch up. I do believe you saved my life on that video, which is strange, because after all these years you’d think I would be used to disappointment after disappointment.

I especially appreciated your comment on UStream about people being able to be virtuous without being religious; that is a subject that seems to be taboo for many on the Right.

Regarding the mass media, when have they EVER told the truth? Going back as far as Joe McCarthy or before……NEVER that I remember. Yes, I have always believed in the red menace, and yes, I am that old. It is finally very comforting to find people who speak a language that has always existed only in your own mind.

So, thank you for being there, and consider me a supporter.

Joe K November 15, 2012 at 11:27 am

Mr. Bill,

Would you be able to devote a Firewall episode to explaining how the printing of money leads to inflation, and how inflation then leads to a decrease in the standard of living for EVERYONE?

Our educational system has failed at explaining this to the general population. The Republican Party has failed at explaining this to the voting public. And, unfortunately, the vast majority of the media also fails to grasp this concept. I’ve heard journalists saying there’s no problem ahead, since the US, “… can always print more money.”

The end result is that most Americans have no idea what is on the horizon, given the current national debt and the insane deficit spending that’s forecasted to continue. Someone needs to tell the nationd, in roughly third-grade-level terms, how such a policy will inevitably end in disaster. Having seen your efforts, I believe you’re just the man to do it.

Many Thanks,

Joe K.

Senate to Vote on UN Disabilities Treaty on Wednesday: Calls Needed Immediately
This treaty could put the government in charge of your child.

HSLDA President Mike Smith has been an advocate of homeschooling for more than 30 years. Read more >>

Dear HSLDA Members and Friends,
Yesterday afternoon, Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (NV) announced that the Senate will vote to ratify the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD) treaty on Wednesday. We need you to call your two senators immediately, and urge them to oppose the CRPD.
If the U.S. Senate were to ratify the CRPD, this would give the United Nations the power to influence and change domestic law and threaten parental rights and homeschool freedom.
Thirty-six senators have signed a letter stating that they “respectfully request that no treaties be brought to the Senate floor for advice and consent during the lame-duck session of the 112th Congress.” These senators have promised in the letter that they “will oppose efforts to consider a treaty during this time.”
Senator Reid has purposefully ignored this letter by promising to file cloture by Wednesday (if 60 senators vote to invoke cloture, a filibuster will be ended) and will make every attempt to proceed to the CRPD for ratification this week. Ratification of the CRPD will take a two-thirds vote of the Senate, or 67 senators to vote in favor of the CRPD if all 100 are present.
We need you to call both of your U.S. senators right now and ask them to oppose the CRPD. You can use our Congressional Directory to find your senators’ contact information.
Please give them some or all of this message:
“I urge you to oppose the UN Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. This treaty surrenders U.S. sovereignty to unelected UN bureaucrats and will threaten parental care of children with disabilities. Our nation already has laws to protect disabled Americans. This treaty is unnecessary and will hurt families. If the Senate ratifies this treaty, it would be the first time ever that the U.S. has ratified a treaty that obligates us to recognize economic, social, and cultural entitlements as rights under domestic law.”
Then, please forward this email to your friends and family and urge them to call, as well. Please also post this information on social media to help get the word out to every parent and freedom-loving person in America.
For more information on the dangers of this treaty please visit our CRPD page.
Thank you for standing with us for freedom.
Sincerely,

J. Michael Smith, Esq. President, HSLDA

Dear Mr. Whittle:
First, I must say that I agree with everything you said on the Horowitztv wib site. However, I believe that what you said will not win the GOP presidential candidate the election in 2016. The only thing that will win the 2016 election is the same thing that won the 2012 election. That is appealing to the ignorant masses with free “Obama phones,” more welfare, the promise of more government workers with built in benefits for life and citizenship with full benefits for anyone who can sneak across the border without being caught. In just those categories is contained over 50% of the electorate. How can you beat that?

Bill,
My parents and I are members of our local tea party, I just found out your speaking Thursday somewhere near here in Yucaipa,CA. or Redlands, CA. So I was familiarizing myself with your style of ranting as I like to call it. I spend an inordinate amount of time on a group site in Facebook called Curmudgeons Corner, discussing and ranting about every issue we can think of or make up.
It is required to post links and research to support whatever your contention, and I have become quite adept and countering flying feces from those with IQ’s below plant life, I find it quite pleasurable in a sick sort of way since we lost the last election to someone who obviously has had one to many Vulcan mind melds, and found myself no longer being able to digest the ever changing liberal veritas du jour. So as I will be looking forward to seeing you speak in a couple of days, I merely wanted to drop you a note, (since all your discussions seem to be closed to bad I had some good retorts for a few of the TROLLS i saw posting (the responses of leftist liberal socialists). Anyway cheers and if you ever need and ammunition, I mean research Im your man, I have tons on the real Islam and apostates that are Persian friends of mine, Unions and the unfunded liabilities no one seems to know about etc… etc… Ciao, Glenn

You are my hero! You must be very careful, however, as I’m sure you know what happened to Andrew Breitbart.
By the way, my husband’s cousin is Burt Rutan, former resident of California (state of denial). I believe you two are acquainted. I suspect all that is happening in our country is following the path of Bible Prophesy, including the mass delusion of the voting public. This is good news and bad news but will not mean an easy time for the U.S.

Thomas Graham March 17, 2013 at 2:03 pm

Bill,
I love you articles. Recommended to several friends.

Can you please make an afterburner about the upcoming SS Disability Insurance trust fund being exhausted in 2016?
I haven’t seen anything in mainstream news media outlets about it, but the CBO predicts some pretty gruesome things.
Particularly, that once the DI trust fund is exhausted, DI will start to be paid from the SS Retirement Insurance trust fund.
In my opinion, this is deplorable.

Could you also explain to people how “raiding” the trust fund hurts America? That “Raiding” encompasses not only the fact that they swapped the surplus cash for bonds, but that they spent the cash at the discretion of the congress instead of automatically being used to buy back an equal amount existing debt. If taking the cash out of the trust fund did not increase the debt, no one would say it was “raided”, but because they cash was returned to the general fund and spent at the Congress’ discretion, it was indeed “raided”, because Congress found a back door to increase the debt and increase their available cash they could spend without having to go through the open market committee of the federal reserve bank. Everyone knows it was a shell game but no one says why it was bad. Please help.
Thanks
Tom Graham

The oil is effective in preventing sun burns and is used in sunscreen lotions.
In foods the oil is used in salad dressings, deep frying, baking and the seeds are used for wine making.
If you use it rarely, keep in the refrigerator, to prolong its freshness.
